Have you ever wondered what causes a haunting? If you are interested in deepening your understanding of hauntings while visiting some of the most haunted sites in beautiful and historic Savannah, this is the tour for you!
What makes our tours different is that we focus on education first and foremost. Led by internationally recognized trance channel/medium Shelley Young, who is the owner of Trinity Esoterics and has been dedicated to teaching spiritual awareness worldwide for the past 22 years, a deeper understanding of hauntings is what we strive to offer. Shelley also grew up in a terrifyingly haunted house so all things considered she is definitely qualified to speak on the topic!
You will learn how to investigate safely with a focus on self protection and appropriateness. We emphasize approaching investigations from a space of curiosity, compassion, and respect. We teach how to use not only your own intuition and feelings but also paranormal investigation tools, from items you may have at home to modern ghost hunting equipment, to get your own answers.
We’ll also discuss what to do if you have your own haunting or would like to become an investigator yourself.
You get to learn all of this while hearing about the incredible history of some of the most famous sites in downtown Savannah.
Our groups are kept small so you will get individualized attention, and all participants receive a certificate of completion. Basically this is ghost school 101!
So if you’d like to take a tour that is educational and hands on rather than being sensationalistic this tour is for you.Â
Please note this tour is for ages 18 and up. We can’t guarantee you’ll have activity but we do take you to sites we have vetted that are well known for having activity. But even if the spirits are shy, you’ll still learn so much!
We meet at the monument at Madison Square and the tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. The cost to attend is $49.95 per person. We are currently only offering the tour at 8 pm on Saturdays, but private tours may be available by request on Wednesdays or Fridays. We ask that you wear appropriate footwear as the sidewalks can be uneven. Also please dress for the weather and show up clear and sober - you can indulge in the other kind of spirits once you are done! Respectful skeptics are always welcome.

What To Expect:
This is a 90-minute walking tour that will show you some of the sites we have already vetted around historic downtown Savannah, highlighting some of the most active sites. The streets and sidewalks may be uneven, so please wear good walking shoes and appropriate attire. Tours are conducted whether it rains or shines, so dress for the weather.
We will allow the paranormal activity to set the pace of our tour. If there is a quiet site, we will move on. If we encounter a site that is very active, we will spend more time there. Basically, we are letting the spirits lead the way!
What To Not Expect:
While we do our best to set the tour up for success, we cannot guarantee that there will be activity. But even if in the unlikely event there is no activity and the ghosts are feeling shy, you will still be learning so much!
Our tour groups are small, so we can guarantee lots of individualized attention.
While we make every effort to make this tour educational, fun, and safe, attendance and participation in this tour are at your own risk.
What We Expect From You:
Our guided walking tours are designed for both believers and respectful skeptics alike. This tour teaches you how to be very consciously aware, so we ask that you not drink or do any drugs before the tour. We reserve the right to turn away anyone who exhibits signs of intoxication. Please, come sober, come with an open mind, clear and steady.
All tools lent for the tour must be returned at the conclusion of the activity. By booking this tour, you agree that if the loaned tools are not returned, the credit card used for booking will be charged the full retail replacement value of the non-returned equipment.
At the end of the tour, you will have a whole new perspective on hauntings, some new skills, and receive a certificate of completion!

Our educational paranormal walking tours blend authentic paranormal investigation and mediumship with the captivating stories that have made this city legendary. Each evening begins in historic Madison Square, where guests will learn to protect their energy before venturing into the city’s most active haunted sites. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating stories, local legends, and first-hand accounts of Savannah’s enduring spirits.

This is a walking tour, so expect to be on your feet for 90 minutes often times on cobbled stones.
Tours Information:
The tour is held every Friday at 7 pm, meeting at Madison Square. The cost to attend is $49.95, and payment must be received in advance. The group is limited to ten participants, so everyone can get the attention they deserve.
